Hypothetically antiidiotypic auto-antibodies specific to estradiol and progesterone (IgG2-E2 and IgG2-Pg), influence on tumor proliferation in breast cancer patients (BCP). Our study aimed to reveal the proposed associations between IgG2-E2, IgG2-Pg, E2 and Pg serum levels, on the one hand, and Ki-67 positive cells in tumor, on the other hand, in BCP. There were studied 430 BCP I stage and 477 BCP II–IV stages. The serum levels of antiidiotypic antibodies and steroid hormones were studied by the non-competitive and competitive ELISA technique. The marker of cell proliferation protein Ki-67 was studied by immunohystochemical method. The high existence of Ki-67 expressing cells in tumor (&gt;30%) was revealed in 46.4% BCP I stage with high E2 serum concentrations (&gt;200 pmol/L) and in 28.2% BCP with low E2 concentrations (≤200 pmol/L), p = 0.08. High Ki-67 tumor existence was found in 38.4% BCP I stage with high Pg concentrations (&gt;600 pmol/L) and in 23.2% BCP with low Pg concentrations (p = 0,003). Tumors with high Ki-67 existence were revealed in BCP I stage with together low E2 and Pg levels less often than in BCP with together high hormones levels (20.7% vs 42.5%, p&lt;0.001). High existence of Ki-67 positive cells in tumors were found in BCP II–IV stages with high IgG2-E2 levels (50.3%) or IgG2-Pg (49.2%) less often than in BCP with low levels of these antibodies (61.8% and 61.2%, accordingly, p = 0.02). These differences were more significantly between BCP II–IV stages with together high and together low IgG2-E2 and IgG2-Pg serum levels (44.5% vs 64.8%, p = 0.003). So, studied antiidiotypic auto-antibodies demonstrated the synergistic anti-proliferative effect on the breast cancer independent from serum sex steroid hormones.</p>
Таким образом, исследованные антиидиотипические ауто-антитела обладали синергическим анти-пролиферативным действием на опухоли у больных РМЖ независимо от содержания в сыворотке половых стероидных гормонов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antiidiotypic antibodies</kwd><kwd>auto-antibodies</kwd><kwd>estradiol</kwd><kwd>progesterone</kwd><kwd>Ki-67</kwd><kwd>breast cancer.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антиидиотипические антитела</kwd><kwd>ауто-антитела</kwd><kwd>эстрадиол</kwd><kwd>прогестерон</kwd><kwd>Ki-67</kwd><kwd>рак молочной железы.</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство науки и образования Российской федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>проект АААА-А21-121011590009-9</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
