The preparation significantly inhibited the growth of experimental tumor (TGI 60%), increased tumor infiltration by immune system cells (CD3+, CD11b+) and increased the activity of immunocompetent cells mediating antitumor response.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На модели меланомы мышей В16-F10 установлено, что рекомбинантный фактор некроза опухолей альфа человека в средстве доставки обладает выраженным противоопухолевым и иммуномодулирующим действием.
