TLR2 and TLR4 expression and functional activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cell were higher in patients with moderate asthma than in patients with mild asthma. The identifi ed changes may increase the susceptibility of patients to infectious agents and lead to complications.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>У больных контролируемой аллергической бронхиальной астмой повышены экспрессия генов TLR2 и TLR4 и функциональная активность TLR2 и TLR4 в мононуклеарных клетках периферической крови. В группе больных со среднетяжелым течением заболевания выявлены более высокие значения экспрессии и функциональной активности данных рецепторов по сравнению с группой больных с легкой формой.
