Dose (0.5 and 1.5 mg/kg) and time (5 and 24 hours) dependencies of the eff ect of dsRNA on the activity of genes encoding Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3), IFN-alpha, IFN-beta, 2’,5’-oligoadenylatesynthetase (OAS) and proteinkinase R were determined. The obtained results indicate the increase in the level of transcriptional activity in the cells, most pronounced for TLR3, IFN-alpha and OAS genes.
