Immunization of rabbits and mini-pigs with Ab2 led to the formation of tertiary antibodies (Ab3). It was found that Ab2 antibodies have morphine-like properties, i. e. stimulate DNA synthesis in cultured human glioblastoma cells of the T98G line, which expresses a significant amount of opioid receptors on cell membrane.
