Twenty-eight cytokines were measured using ELISA in the peripheral blood samples of 200 patients with stage II EH. The patients were followed up for 5 years to keep track of MS. The multivariate Cox regression analysis was applied to the following parameters: IL-1β&gt;20,3 pg/ ml; LIF &gt; 9,13 пг/мл; M-CSF&gt;4538 pg/ml; IGF-1&lt;116000 pg/ml. The analysis revealed that M-CSF&gt; 453 pg/ml (р &lt; 0.001) and IGF-1&lt;116000 pg/ml (р &lt; 0.001) correlated with an increase in the risk for MS in stage II EH.</p>
По результатам многофакторного анализа с включением в регрессионную модель Кокса показателей: IL-1β&gt;20,3 пг/мл, LIF&gt;9,13 пг/мл, M-CSF&gt;453 пг/мл, IGF-1&lt;116000 пг/мл, независимый характер «влияния» на повышение частоты формирования МС при ЭАГ II стадии в последующий пятилетний период оказывают: содержание M-CSF более 453 пг/мл (р&lt;0,001) и IGF-1&lt;116000 пг/мл (р&lt;0,01).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>essential hypertension</kwd><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эссенциальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>метаболический синдром</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
