A statistically significant increase in the concentration of IFN-γ and IL-18 was established against the background of a significant decrease in the levels of IL-1β, TGF-β, SDF-1α and IL-7. The most informative predictor of the limitation of the fertilizing ability of spermatozoa in inflammation of the prostate gland is the imbalance of IL-18 and TGF-β as key regulators of the immune status of the reproductive system.infertilityspermcytokineschronic prostatitisбесплодиеспермацитокиныхронический простатит[1.
