Doses of nicotinamide and streptozotocin were respectively, 110 mg / kg and 65 mg / kg. The introduction of L-17 to diabetic rats was accompanied by a decrease in hyperglycemia and a partial correction of the imbalance in the content of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines: a decrease in the level of IL-1α and IFN-γ without normalization of the IL-10 and TGF-β1 level.</p>
Введение L-17 диабетическим крысам сопровождалось уменьшением гипергликемии и частичной коррекцией дисбаланса в содержании провоспалительных и антивоспалительных цитокинов: снижением уровня IL-1α и IFN-γ без нормализации уровня IL-10 и TGF-β1.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>type 2 diabetes</kwd><kwd>1</kwd><kwd>3</kwd><kwd>4-6H-thiadiazines</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет 2 типа</kwd><kwd>1</kwd><kwd>3</kwd><kwd>4-6Н-тиадиазины</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при поддержке гранта РНФ № 15-16-00039 П.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
