The difference in the regulation of this process by the hormone was shown in non-pregnant and pregnant women. The positive effect of melatonin on the cells in vitro mediated by signals from membrane receptors for the hormone in response to polyclonal activation was revealed at pregnancy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследована роль эндогенного мелатонина в регуляции процесса дифференцировки регуляторных Т-клеток (Treg) в период гестации. Показано различие в регуляции данного процесса гормоном у небеременных и беременных женщин.
