The influence of homoserine, among which the most important role played by N-(3-oxo-hexanoyl)-homos-erine lactone, on the induction of the promoter rck the strain S. typhimurium LT2, which determines the resistance of the complement system. Revealed increased resistance of the strain to phagocytosis in the presence of homoserine.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описано повышение вирулентности сальмонелл в присутствии малых регуляторных молекул. Обнаружено влияние гомосеринлактонов, среди которых наибольшую роль играет N-(3-oxo-гексаноил)-гомосеринлактон, на индукцию промотора rck у штамма S. typhimurium LT2, определяющего резистентность к системе комплемента.
