Thus, the preterm delivery was associated with the enhancement of CD8+ lymphocytes differentiation towards terminal stages.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>При преждевременном прерывании беременности как в 1, так и в 3 триместрах беременности в популяции ЦТЛ отмечался рост уровня эффекторных клеток памяти.
