We show that cultivation in [DMEM+12 % FCS] leads to maximal cell growth (1,8-fold in two days) with retention of viability of more than 70 %. There were 1,1-1,2-fold growth and viability of 55-59 % in [DCCM-1]-based media and 1,6-fold growth in two days in [RPMI-1640+12 % FCS].
