There were no any associations between IgA-Bp and hormones concentration. The high levels of Es and Pg were found when IgА-Es and IgA-Pg were increased correspondingly (<italic>p</italic> = 0,02 and <italic>p</italic> = 0,002). The high concentrations of Es and Pg as well as high ratio of Pg/Es were revealed when ratio IgA-Bp/IgА-Es were high (<italic>p</italic> = 0,003; <italic>p</italic> = 0,003 and <italic>p</italic> = 0,0002 correspondingly). So IgA-Bp modulated the effects of IgА-Es onto concentrations of Es and Pg as well as hormonal balance in breast cancer patients. There were no any associations between the revealed immune-endocrine effects with the tumor stages, metastases and Es/Pg receptors.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследовали антитела к бензо[а]пирену, эстрадиолу и прогестерону (IgA-Bp, IgА-Es и IgA-Pg), а также содержание гормонов Es и Pg в сыворотке крови 346 некурящих женщин с раком молочной железы (РМЖ)в постменопаузе. Не обнаружили никаких взаимосвязей IgA-Bp с концентрацией гормонов. Повышенные уровни IgА-Es и IgA-Pg были ассоциированы с высоким содержанием Es и Pg соответственно (<italic>р</italic> = 0,02 и <italic>р</italic> = 0,002). Высокие значения соотношения IgA-Bp/IgА-Es оказались ассоциированными с низким содержанием Es (<italic>р</italic> = 0,003), высоким содержанием Pg (<italic>р</italic> = 0,003) и высоким значением соотношения гормонов Pg/Es (<italic>р</italic> = 0,0002). Таким образом, IgA-Bp существенно модулировали влияние IgА-Es на гормональный баланс у больных РМЖ.
