Two excellent images of functional networks were revealed: in the group “ASD, social contact” – a network with a small number of correlation links – “image of delayed neurodevelopment”; in the group “ASD, without social contact” – the network of correlations is tense, indicating the activation of the sympathetic-adrenal axis, which is the base in the adaptation reaction “fi ght/ fl ight” or “frozen behavior” – the image of the “closed system”. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе приведены результаты исследования нейроцитокиновых взаимодействий у детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра с разным уровнем социальной адаптации. Было выявлено два отличных образа функциональных сетей: в группе «РАС, социальный контакт есть» – сеть с малым количеством корреляционных связей – «образ замедленного нейроразвития»; в группе «РАС, социального контакта нет» – сеть корреляционных связей напряженная, свидетельствует об активации симпато-адреналовой оси, являющейся базовой в реакции адаптации «бой/бегство» или «замороженное поведение» – образ «закрытой системы».</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>neurohormones</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>autism spectrum disorders</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>нейрогормоны</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>расстройства аутистического спектра</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Di Cicco-Bloom E., Lord C., Zwaigenbaum L., Cour chesne E., Dager S.
