A statistically signifi cant inhibition of T-dependent reactions (CD3+-, CD8+- and CD4+), inhibition of neutrophil phagocytic activity, increase in blood proinfl ammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-8) is directly proportional to the increase in the degree of disease activity. Increased content of CD20+, CIC, IgA and Ig M. There is an imbalance of cytokines and the dependence of their concentrations on the degree of infl ammatory activity of ReA, with an increase in which the content of IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ increases in direct proportion, which should be taken into account in the therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен анализ иммунного статуса у 150 больных реактивным артритом (РеА) в зависимости от воспалительной активности заболевания. Установлено статистически значимое угнетение Т-зависимых реакций (CD3+-, CD8+- и CD4+), торможение фагоцитарной активности нейтрофилов, повышение содержания в крови провоспалительных цитокинов (ФНО-α, ИФН-γ, ИЛ-8) прямо пропорционально увеличению степени активности заболевания. Повышалось содержание CD20+, ЦИК, IgА и Ig М. Отмечается дисбаланс цитокинов и зависимость их концентраций от степени воспалительной активности РеА, с возрастанием которой прямо пропорционально повышается содержание ИЛ6, ФНО-α, ИФН-γ, что следует учитывать в терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>reactive arthritis</kwd><kwd>immunological features</kwd><kwd>activity</kwd><kwd>реактивный артрит</kwd><kwd>иммунологические особенности</kwd><kwd>активность</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Фоломеева О.
