The peripheral venous blood of the subjects served as a material for the study. The determination of T-lymphocytes (CD3+CD4+) and their subpopulations (Th1, Th2, Th17, Th17 / Th1) was performed by fl ow cytometry. It was found that the level of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Th17 / Th1 in peripheral blood in women with miscarriage is higher in comparison with the group of conditionally healthy women with two or more successful pregnancies in pairs with the same partner, which is associated with increased reactivity of the immune system (in particular, the cellular unit) in relation to the semialogenic fetus.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В работе представлены результаты по анализу субпопуляционного состава Th-лимфоцитов в периферической крови у женщин с невынашиванием беременности (НБ). Определение Т-лимфо цитов (CD3+CD4+) и их субпопуляций (Th1, Th2, Th17, Th17/Th1) проводили методом проточной цитофлуориметрии. Было установлено, что уровни Th1, Th2, Th17 и Th17/Th1 в периферической крови у женщин с НБ выше в сравнении с группой условно здоровых женщин с двумя и более успешными (реализованными) беременностями в паре с одним и тем же партнером, что вероятно связано с повышенной реактивностью клеточного звена иммунной системы в отношении семиаллогенного плода.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>miscarriage</kwd><kwd>Th1</kwd><kwd>Th2</kwd><kwd>Th17</kwd><kwd>Th17/Th1</kwd><kwd>невынашивание беременности</kwd><kwd>Th1</kwd><kwd>Th2</kwd><kwd>Th17</kwd><kwd>Th17/Th1</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Лупояд В.
