Исследование проводилось на культурах макрофагов крысы, выделенных из следующих областей: легкие, селезёнка, печень и перитонеальная полость. Определялись следующие показатели: площадь клетки, количество и площадь ее ядер, ядерно-цитоплазматическое отношение. Фенотип и функциональная активность макрофагов оценивалась по экспрессии CD163, iNOS и по уровню продукции неспецифической эстеразы.
