The revealed statistically significant immune disorders are associated with parallel processes: immune hyperactivity and immunosuppression, the severity of which depends on the area of the burn injury and the period of the burn disease. Early immunodiagnostics according to the formula for prediction of sepsis developed by us, allows to identify patients with a high risk of generalization of infection and sepsis for the corresponding complex therapy and timely immunocorrection.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен расширенный анализ иммунного статуса (более 45 показателей) у 120 тяжело обожженных пациентов. Выявленные статистически значимые иммунные нарушения сопряжены с параллельно идущими процессами: иммунной гиперактивацией и иммуносупрессией, тяжесть которых зависит от площади ожогового поражения и периода ожоговой болезни. Ранняя иммунодиагностика по формуле прогноза сепсиса, разработанная нами позволяет выявлять пациентов с высоким риском генерализации инфекции и септическими осложнениями для обеспечения соответствующей комплексной терапии и своевременной иммуннокоррекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immune status</kwd><kwd>immunocorrection</kwd><kwd>burn disease</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммунный статус</kwd><kwd>иммунокоррекция</kwd><kwd>ожоговая болезнь</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
