First-line drugs – prostaglandin analogues are not always effective. The aim of the work was the search for predictors of the ineffectiveness of this therapy. The cytokines TNF-α, TNF-β, IL4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17, IL-22, IL-29, IFN-γ, TGF-α, TGF-β1, TGF -β2 was investigated in the tear fluid of 124 eyes in the diagnosis of glaucoma. Predictors of non-compensation of intraocular pressure when prescribing prostaglandin drugs is a high level of IL-17 and a decrease in TGF-β2. The high level of IL-6 is a predictor of a decrease in visual function during prostaglandin therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Первичная открытоугольная глаукома занимает первое место по инвалидности среди глазных заболеваний. Препараты первой линии – аналоги простагландинов не всегда эффективны. Целью работы стал поиск предикторов неэффективности этой терапии. Были исследованы цитокины: ФНО-α, ФНО-β, ИЛ4, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-10, ИЛ-13, ИЛ-17, ИЛ-22, ИЛ-29, ИФН-γ, ТФР-α, ТФР-β1, ТФР-β2 в слезной жидкости 124 глаз при первичной диагностике глаукомы. Установлено, что дополнительным предиктором некомпенсации внутриглазного давления при назначении препаратов является высокий уровень ИЛ-17 и ТФР-β2, предиктором снижения зрительных функций на терапии – высокий уровень ИЛ-6.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>primary open-angle glaucoma</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>glaucoma therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первичная открытоугольная глаукома</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>терапия глаукомы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
