It has been established that in the activation 3D model, in contact with CP-coating, the secretion of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-2, TNF-α, IL-10, IL-4) increases, against the background of a decrease in the viability of the MNC culture and changes in their immunophenotype, in the direction of increasing the number of cells expressing CD95+ and CD45R0+ (the number of CD25+ cells has not changed), which may indicate that the MNC is hyperactive in the 3D model when it is stimulated by an activator of T cells.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведена оценка реакций мононуклеарных клеток крови (МНК) при сокультивировании с титановыми подложками, несущими двустороннее кальцийфосфатное покрытие (КФ), в условиях дополнительной активации Т-клеточного рецептора. Установлено, что в активационной 3D модели при контакте с КФ-покрытием, усиливается секреция про- и антивоспалительных цитокинов (IL-2, TNF-α, IL-10, IL-4), на фоне снижения жизнеспособности культуры МНК и изменения их иммунофенотипа, в сторону увеличения числа клеток, экспрессирующих CD95+ и CD45R0+, (число CD25+ клеток не изменялось), что может свидетельствовать о гиперактивации МНК в 3D модели при ее стимуляции активатором Т-клеток.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>MNC</kwd><kwd>T-lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>titanium implants</kwd><kwd>pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines</kwd><kwd>immunophenotype</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>МНК</kwd><kwd>Т-лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>титановые имплантаты</kwd><kwd>про- и антивоспалительные цитокины</kwd><kwd>иммунофенотип</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
