Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study the effect of single and combined stress effects on the neutrophil function of the blood of rabbits in the experiment. For the experiment used 10 male rabbits, age ‒ 8 months, live weight 3,40±0,73 kg. In the first series of experiments, transport stress was modeled by transporting animals in a car. We caused immobilization stress in the second series of experiments by fixing the rabbit with its legs in the supine position. In the third series of experiments, a combination of effects was performed (immobilization, then, after three days, transportation). Phagocytic activity of blood neutrophils, phagocytic index, digestion index (killing) were determined. It was shown that the combination of stress effects negatively affects not only the phagocytic activity of neutrophils directly during their layering, but also the restoration of the functional systems of blood phagocytes in the post-stress period compared to single stresses.
