Abstract
As a result of the analysis of the canonical correlation between the indicators of the cellular link and the level of humoral factors, characteristic interrelations between them were established and the most important factors determining the functional state of the immune system in different groups of patients with coxarthrosis and hip arthroplasty were identified.
