Abstract
It has been demonstrated that among the child population, living under exposure to aluminium, more than 40 % of children have a significant (p<0.05) decrease relative to the norm of phagocytic activity, as well as a significant change (p <0.05) in the CD- immunogram- oppression Annexin V-FITC+7AAD negative cells, СD95+, Bax, Bcl-2 protein (from 57 to 73 % of children) and 56 % of children have an activation of СD127. The IgG testing detected a specific sensitization of a body in relation of the reference value and the control group index by 1.5 time.
