Abstract
It was found that the 2-h immobilization stress reduced the secretion of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and IL-1β by cells of the peritoneal cavity of mice. The introduction to mice of β-endorphin at doses of 100 and 0.0005 μg / kg before immobilization modulated the eff ects of stress.
