Abstract

Purpose. To analyze the nature of the influence of the synthetic peptide of the active center of granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-KSF) – ZP2 on the growth in the liquid nutrient medium and biofilm formation of Museum and clinical strains of bacteria, antiviral activity in vitro and in vivo.

Results. It was shown that the peptide of the active center GM-KSF has a pronounced antibacterial effect on a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, reducing the growth of biofilm formation and biomass of bacteria, and the created cosmetic drug ACEGRAM has a similar effect. At the same time sredstva has a strong antiviral dacvim against DNA- and RNA-containing viruses in vitro and in vivo.

Conclusion. Created with synthetic peptide cosmetics Acegram spray and gel have strong antibacterial and antiviral properties in vivo and can be recommended for the treatment of lesions of skin and mucous bacteria and viruses and the peptide that generated the funds is in their mechanisms of action and properties of classical kinocidinum.
