Abstract
Allogeneic biomaterials (AB) after implantation in a defect in the calf muscles of rats and the uterine horn of the rat contribute to the regeneration of tissues due to migration of M1 macrophages expressing Pro-inflammatory factors, TNFα, IL-1. They inhibit the migration of M2 macrophages, fibrosis factors, promote migration and differentiation of myocytes. IN ischemic damaged myocardium after AB implantation, on the contrary, cd68 macrophage deficiency was found, but high expression by Timp2 cells compared to the control, which could contribute to the reduction of scar area. After the introduction of AB in muscle tissues revealed resident macrophages with phenotype IL-1+/CD68+/PCNA+/Hale+/ vimentin+/FGF1- /TGF-β1–.
