INFERTILITY OF PIPE GENESIS: IMMUNE AND METABOLIC DISORDERS AT THE SYSTEM AND LOCAL LEVEL

The study included patients aged 18‒40 years with a burdened obstetric and gynecological history (chronic pelvic infl ammatory diseases, history of infertility, spontaneous abortions, miscarriage, abortions). In patients with tubal infertility, there is a violation of a number of indicators of immune status, both at the system level and at the local level, «oxidative stress» develops, which is manifested in the violation of lipid peroxidation processes. The revealed violations of the immune and metabolic statuses are not fully corrected by the standard treatment regimen, which requires the inclusion of additional immunotropic drugs in the treatment regimen of these patients.
