Abstract

Restoration of quantity, size of cells and their functional activity reflect the possibility of tissue to regenerate. 3-aminophtalhydrazide (APH), which effects to the macrophage activation: classic vs. alternative, (М1→М2), increases quantity and sizes of insulin-producing cells, localized in pancreatic ducts. Besides, APH leads to increase of optical density of insulin both in beta-cells and insulin-producing cells, located in acinar part of the pancreas and in ducts.
