Abstract

The study included 76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease aged 35 to 50 years (mean age 42,5±2,7 years), of which 38 patients resided permanently in Zheleznogorsk, and the other 38 patients in Kursk. The use of licopid in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Kursk allowed to correct the concentration of IL-10, INFγ, whereas in residents of Zheleznogorsk it normalizes the IgM level and corrects the concentration of TNFα, IL-8, IL-10, but not to the normal level.
