Abstract
Expanding scientific and clinical knowledge of primary immunodeficiencies allows diagnosing patients with primary immunodeficiencies at earlier ages. Thanks to this, patients get the opportunity to live a full and long life. This circumstance actualizes the need to solve problems arising in the socialization of children and adolescents with PID. Is necessary to create conditions for such children to receive education, to master the skills of social communication, while minimizing the risks of psychological trauma associated with the side effects of the disease. Solving the problems of socialization of children and children with PIDs who have limited health capabilities becomes relevant.
