Abstract

In preterm delivery both in the 1and in the 3 trimesters of pregnancy there was an elevated level of ef-fectory memory cells in the subset of cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Thus, the preterm delivery was associated with the enhancement of CD8+ lymphocytes differentiation towards terminal stages.
