Abstract

There are the results of studies of immunological status of pediatric patients with various oncohema-tological diseases: Hematological malignancies, solid tumors including associated with cytomegalovirus infection. The development of malignant process is accompanied by changes in the indices of cellular immunity. Expressed violations of immunological reactivity with a decrease in the indices of cytotoxic cells were observed in diseases associated with cytomegalovirus infections.
