Abstract
This article discusses the possibility of predicting post-transplant complications. The aim of our work is to evaluate the association of pre-operative level 21 of the cytokine in the blood plasma and during the post-transplant period. The analysis was first the differences in the initial level of biomarkers in patients without complications and with complications after transplantation. Our results confirmed that the screening of cytokines prior to transplantation may be used to predict the subsequent development of complications.
