Abstract
The level of B-lymphocytes, the major classes of Ig, circulating immune complexes(CIC) in blood of patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) before and after(in a year) total joint replacement surgery has been investigated. A significant reduction of initially high levels of IgG, CIC and b-lymphocytes after joint replacement is determined. The levels of IgG in the blood of patients with ANFH are considered as markers of the effective treatment.
