Abstract
Effects of thymus hormone thymulin and spleen polypeptides on learning and memory in thymectomized rats has been studied. It has been shown that thymectomy in a three-week rats eliminated the ability of avoidance learning. In a 6 months after the operation, thymulin in the dose of 0.15 mg/kg, unlike polypeptides spleen, restored the ability to learn.
