LEVEL OF INTERFERONS LAMBDA 1 AND 3 TYPES IN SERIAL BLOOD IN WOMEN WITH PAPILLOMAVIRUS INFECTION

Abstract

Human papillomavirus infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections. HPV is most often accompanied by a decrease in cellular immunity, as well as a lack of general and local interferon. Surveyed 129 patients with STIs and HPV. The multidirectional content of IL-28 (IFN-lambda 3) and IL-29 (IFN-lambda 1) in serum of venous blood was determined. In HPV, a decrease in IFN-lambda-1 was determined with a statistically significant increase in IFN-lambda-3 in blood serum.
