THE ROLE OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL MATRICES IMITATING BONE TISSUE REGENERATION IN THE FORMATION OF HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS POOL UNDER IN VITRO CULTIVATION CONDITIONS

Abstract

The study is devoted to the search criteria for creating new bioresorbable materials that form hematopoietic stem cell niches that provide vascularization of regenerating bone tissue. In the experiment, it was revealed that the formation of hematopoietic stem cells pool under in vitro cultivation conditions depends on the surface roughness index of the artificial matrix.
