Abstract
Comparative analysis of the subpopulations of lymphocytes in patients with vibration disease (VB) from the effects of local vibration revealed the features of the immune response, characterized by increasing the absolute amount of CD3+-, CD4+-, CD8+- lymphocytes and decreased the percentage of CD20+-, CD25+-lymphocytes. In patients with VB from the effects of combined vibration, an increase in the absolute number of CD3+-, CD4+ -, CD8+ -, CD16+ -, CD20+-, CD25+-, CD95+-lymphocytes was observed, which indicates the activation of lymphocyte apoptosis under conditions of pronounced stimulation of the immune system. A decrease in the level of HSP70 in the serum of patients with VB from exposure to local vibration indicates its accumulation inside the cell and the protection of the processes of biosynthesis and the structural integrity of proteins in the damaged cell due to B-lymphocytes.
