Abstract
The pertussis infection is a general problem. The presents data on the incidence of pertussis in children in Russia, in Chelyabinsk region and Chelyabinsk 2007-2015 years. Analisis of the effectiveness pertussis mmunization. As part of investigation immune system and protective pertussis antibodies in children. Identified changes postvaccination immunity may indicate ineffective respons to vaccination against pertussis, as well as the inability to from immunological memory, prolonged post-vaccination antibody.
