Abstract

The study is devoted to determining the effect of magnetic iron-containing nanoparticles on the functional state of blood neutrophils. The object of the study was neutrophil granulocytes (n=34). 3 groups were formed: control (without incubation); in the second group – exposed to synthetic magnetic ironcontaining ferrihydrite nanoparticles; in the third group – synthetic magnetic iron-containing ferrihydrite nanoparticles, in the third group – synthetic magnetic iron-containing ferrihydrite nanoparticles coated with natural polysaccharide – arabinogalactane. The concentration of nanoparticles ferrihydrite was 5 mg/ml and 20 mg/ml. Explored the early and late chemiluminescent response. It was found that the functional activity of cells under the influence of different experimental types of iron-containing nanoparticles varies depending on the concentration, with an increase in the number of acting nanoparticles, a unidirectional reaction with a decrease in cell activity is observed.
