Abstract

The cell receptor PD-1 is a member of the CD28. This coinhibitory receptor is a member of subfamily “immunological checkpoints”. For this reason, testing the activities of such preparations is important for clinical medicine. In this study, a human monoclonal anti PD-1 antibody was developed and tested for functional activity by flow cytometry immunophenotyping analysis. This method was demonstrated to be eff ective for protein identifi cation and for fast screening of monoclonal antibody functional activity.
