Abstract
The paper presents the results of a study on the frequency distribution of the occurrence of alleles of single nucleotide polymorphism 2258 G A (Arg753Gln) TLR2 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the Russian population of the Chelyabinsk region. Genotyping was performed by allele-specific PCR, followed by detection of the results in a 3% agarose gel. It was shown that in patients with RA, the frequency of occurrence of the allele 2258 * A and the heterozygous genotype G/A TLR2 was increased and the frequency of the homozygous genotype on the ancestral allele was reduced. The established significance of single nucleotide polymorphism of 2258 (Arg753Gln) TLR2 for the formation of resistance / susceptibility to RA in the Russians of the Chelyabinsk region is confirmed by the overdominant and dominant inheritance models.
