Abstract

It has been found that excessive contamination by the phenol in blood of the women of the observation group is associated with: an increase of the relative and absolute CD127- content in comparison to the norm and the control group parameters; a decrease of the absolute and relative CD95+ lymphocytes content relative to the norm and control group. Simultaneously, the C/T genotype of the FAS C14405T gene under conditions of increased phenol content in the blood of women having reproductive disorders significantly enhances the risk of an increase of the relative content of CD127- lymphocytes, which modifies the mechanisms of apoptosis that play a key role in physiological course of the gestational process.
